ABOUT NICK
Nick is Vice President of Taylor Street Capital Partners, specializing in debt & equity structured finance. He works closely with commercial real estate investors, brokers, and developers to arrange or structure the best financing solutions for all commercial property types. Over the years, Nick has established close relationships with several lending sources across the capital markets spectrum, including banks, credit unions, government agencies (FNMA, FDMC, HUD), CMBS, bridge, and private equity.
Nick broke into the commercial real estate industry working in a project management capacity under a private syndicator based in Phoenix, where his focus was the acquisition, repositioning, and disposition of middle-market multifamily portfolios throughout the Southwest.
Before that, Nick served as an asset manager at Merrill Lynch’s Phoenix office, where he managed and oversaw over $50mm in assets for the firm’s high net worth and institutional client base.
Nick grew up in Dallas, Texas and attended Arizona State University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He currently holds an active Series 7, General Securities Representative license, as well as a Series 66, Registered Investment Advisor license through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He is an avid baseball and golf enthusiast and enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Phoenix has to offer.
