He is also the Founder and CEO of Taylor Street, a boutique investment, finance, and management company. With a career spanning over 25 years, Patrick has owned, financed, advised, and managed more than $11 billion in commercial and residential real estate nationwide.
Nick Martinez

Managing Director & Partner

Nick is a Partner and Managing Director of Taylor Street Capital Partners, offering strategic capital markets advisory services to commercial real estate developers and investors across the nation. He specializes in structured debt and joint-venture equity placement for various project types, conducting financial analysis and structuring for acquisitions, refinances, and special situation workout loans. Nick is responsible for sourcing and executing corporate and project-related debt solutions through extensive relationships with banks, government agencies, CMBS lenders, family offices, and private credit providers.
Kayla Sladwick

Managing Director | Operations & Investment Manager

Born and raised in Northern Nevada, Kayla Sladwick made the decision to escape the snow and move to Arizona in 2015. With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Kayla is securities licensed and has worked as a Sr. Registered Associate at wealth management firms such as Morgan Stanley and Raymond James. In addition to these skills, she has two years of accounting management and human resources experience within the manufacturing industry. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her son, playing and teaching the piano, and traveling the US.
